PORTABLE LIGHT BOXES
The light aperture is installed directly over the lamps to diffuse and color-shift the light, providing balanced lighting with fewer lamps. Average brightness of the viewing area is photometrically checked and light balanced to the value recommended by the Illuminating Engineering Society. Light aperture seals and dissipates heat build-up from the work surface, discharging it through the air-flow convection ports for cool continuous operation. ERGONOMIC INSPECTION SYSTEM
This quality control tool helps you identify, analyze and resolve quality control problems before they cost you sales and productivity dollars.
Recognizing the impact that human factors can have on productivity, the Ergonomic Inspection System adjustable height allows operators to examine, drawings, film, photos, plates etc. at an effective distance without neck, eye or back strain.
The work surface has a range of motion of up to 47 1/2", allowing close inspection of any area of the surface while standing. The magnifier-bridge also adjusts to eye level.
The Magnifier-Bridge has a full-length, 5000K lamp for frontal illumination. Built-in cable management for mounting microscopes, video cameras and other types of measurement tools for more critical inspection.
Backlit surface has variable staggered lighting control of 2, 4, 6 and 8 5000K lamps depending on the size of the unit. Various combinations of lighting provide better detection of pinholes and other defects.
Front adjustable Counter Balance System accommodates multiple media and plate types of varying weights.
Wide-Area- Viewing enlarger lamp has a 6 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" high viewing area with 2x magnification (3.5 dipter) lens. High resolution optics allow for tighter scrutiny of details while reducing eyestrain. There are two natural balanced light sources; one on each side of the lens for shadow-free viewing.
